Paid $8 for a plate of chicken biryani. I joined the queue for this chicken biryani, assuming the long line meant it was something special. Unfortunately, it turned out to be more hype than substance. The only real highlight was the generous quarter-sized piece of chicken, which I suspect is the main reason for the $8 price tag—a bit steep for a hawker center. While the portion looked promising, the taste didn’t quite deliver. The basmati rice lacked fragrance, and the accompanying curry was uninspiring, neither rich nor flavorful enough to tie the dish together. For the price, I expected something more memorable. Instead, it was a fairly average plate of biryani that didn’t justify the wait or the cost.

As a foodie and explorer, below is my honest review of the biriyani I had from this stall which is located inside the Eunos food market . Worst expensive Biriyani that I had so far! Meat portion is very less, i got a chicken wing with bit more meat only! Flavourless rice alot. Do not provide pappadam or crackers cost 8.50 for this chicken biriyani! I do not recommend.

Heard so much about it and here I come. A small Q at 1:00pm Ordered the fried chicken briyani @ $8.00. The Briyani rice is very average not much spice or fragrant. The chicken is tasteless and dry. Curry is watery and diluted.

Long queue, mainly cos there are people ordering takeaways of multiple packets. So should be good right? Wanted to try the lamb shank but noticed the small price list above the stall stating $18 so I went for the normal mutton Briyani at $8 instead. Rice portion is large but the amount of meat is quite little for$8 compared to other stalls. It's soft and not gamey smell or taste so not bad lah. Can try once but will not queue for again

Rice is fluffy but not as fragrant and aromatic. The meats are well marinated and tender. However, the mutton portion is a little smaller nowadays. Stall touts it’s biryani as a healthy version (think they omit Ghee from their cooking) Still, one of the better biryanis in the area.
