TLDR: If you are visiting, order the fried fish with 3 flavours. Other than that, worst customer service experience I have personally encountered ever. I would like to preface by saying that I visited this restaurant twice, once on a Sunday night and then the next week's Wednesday. Both times I dined in were for iftar/break fast/dinner time. For the Sunday night, I dined downstairs and had minimal contact with the staff other than requesting for utensils which one of the servers kindly provided and was friendly about. Although it was full house, they were able to provide food on time and the fried fish with 3 flavours was the star of the show and I would recommend it if you are visiting this restaurant. I had iftar again on a Wednesday night the following week and it was the most terrible service I have encountered anywhere. The crowd did not differ much from the Sunday night I had visited just a week before. As I had prior experience of the ordering procedure for iftar, my friends and I (4 pax) took the initiative to pre-order our food. However, as the time for break fast approached, the only item that was served was a small bowl of green curry and our drinks. My friends and I saw that other tables were being served non-stop but we thought that it could be a matter of prioritising certain dishes over others (as we ordered ala carte) and thus maybe that is why they were served first. We also checked in with the servers regarding our order but we made sure that we did not disturb them when they were preoccupied and most of the time, we got up from our seats and went to them rather than expecting them to come to us. As we were dining upstairs, my friends even went down to ask the server and he replied in Malay saying "Sabar eh" ("Be patient") which we were already quite stunned about but proceeded to wait patiently. They were always dismissive each time we asked. When break fast came, our table was still empty except for the green curry and my friends had to eat an energy bar. This was compared to other tables that already had their dishes and rice served. Finally, our food arrived except for the plate of white rice that should have come as a set with the green curry. I then asked one of the servers for the plate of rice and he said that it was coming. I am not one to get hangry so I just waited for it. However, the part that made me upset was that about 10 minutes later, the same server was checking the other tables to see if their food was served and a second server was talking to him and kinda pointed to our table and told the first server that our table is already settled. Overhearing this, I immediately called for their attention and said that we still haven't gotten our plate of white rice (other tables already had their white rice so there is NO REASON for a holdup). This is the ultimate kicker: When the second server served me the plate of white rice, he passed it to me and said "Nah." I was so flabbergasted and shocked yet I still had the politeness to say "Terima kasih." (Thank you) when I shouldn't have with the attitude I was served but did not ask for... I am not one to write bad reviews, in fact this is the first bad one I have written but it was such a highly disappointing and infuriating experience and I did not think that my friends and I deserved this kind of treatment as we were in no way rude to them or warranted this kind of service. The food was not bad but not amazing either so I don't think I will ever come back. I hope the crew improves on the customer service they provide and even if this is a one-time thing, as an F&B establishment, there is a minimum standard of service that should be provided. (Edit: I have read other reviews and realised that bad service is a recurring theme so dine at this place at your own risk.)

19 Feb 2025 I used to enjoy the food in this restaurant but today on 19 Feb 25, the food is terrible. At least for the Fried Rice and Omelette which is very oily and lacking of their signature Thai food taste. Nobody would want to have excessive oily food

The food here SLAPS! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The food we ordered was simple but the simpleness of the food was what made it so great! The service was great too and the waiters were attentive as well! The atmosphere was good too and the atmosphere was very family friendly. Would definitely visit again 😀

We made a reservation for 3 people at 4 pm (off-peak hour). I arrived earlier than my friends and ordered a Coke since it was a hot day. Within 15 minutes, my friends arrived, and we ordered our food. However, after waiting for another 20 minutes, my Coke had yet to arrive. We called the waiter, and eventually, my Coke and another drink appeared. The food started coming out slowly, with intervals of 15-20 minutes between each dish. However, my friend's drink still hadn't arrived. We reminded the staff five times, each time they brought out food, that one drink was still missing. I even ordered another drink in the meantime. After waiting for 50 minutes, we approached the counter, only to be told that my friend's drink was unavailable that day. They asked us to choose an alternative drink. Notably, the restaurant wasn't crowded, with only three tables occupied. I won't comment on the food due to my frustration, but it wasn't bad – just not worth the wait and poor service
