The reviews here are quite harsh. Wanted to provide some balance. Good local foodfare, as with a lot of places, prices have increased with inflation. There's a noticeable "shrinkflation" in serving for sure, but it's still decent food in my opinion. Food is ordered through qr, though I have seen them take orders by the tables too. Service staff is generally pleasant and friendly, compared to the other competitor in the same area.

Best place to get my butter chicken + naan fix! 5/5 cheese naan: sedap to say the least! Just be mindful that it can get a lil jelak after awhile. 4/5 Butter naan: I would say this is a safe choice to enjoy throughout 4/5 butter chicken: amazing but slightly on the sweeter side. Top this off with naan, perfect

I have been buying the prata from Al-Makan. One of the best around. I usually get them on GrabFood for delivery. Unfortunately, the curry was missed out for today’s order. I called Al-Makan and the service recovery was SUPERB. They arranged for separate Lalamove delivery to deliver the curry for the prata to me. Very impressed and thankful for such service recovery. Big thank you!

for some reason wait times are always absurdly long - my family has waited an hour for 3 packs of prata before. my dad warned me not to buy food from here but i figured it can’t be that bad because i do dine in sometimes without much trouble. today i bought kway teow kerang and they keyed this into the system, i paid accordingly and waited (45min) for my order. when i got home i saw that they’ve changed my order without any reason or informing me and this was done without me being told. this truly isn’t the first time they’ve fumbled our takeaway order - things have been missing in the past like wrong number of prata, missing dishes, etc. i am baffled at why this keeps happening but having someone manually change my order after i’ve paid for it without telling me is the last straw and i don’t think i’ll be back any time soon. if an ingredient had run out, maybe have the decency to inform your customer? what if someone had an allergy or dietary need - this could be dangerous. i find it dishonest and quite frustrating. please do better.

$5.80 for a burnt cheese naan.. Dabao and waited for 30mins for butter chicken and the naan. Chicken rice was fast, drinks was fast. It was 4pm+ and there's very little people. Asked twice about the food and the counter young lady said it's not ready without even checking with the kitchen. Asked another chubbier lady, immediately she went to kitchen to check and said that they missed the order. :) and immediately cooked and get it done within 5mins (of course with the burnt naan) :)) so whats the counter lady doing??
