Salam to the concerned, Food wasn't fantastic but still above average. Compliments on the goreng pisang store! Staff was nice and polite! However, got the absolute opposite service from the drink store. Guy with the helmet hair and big retro glasses, instead of asking what I would like to order, use hand signal, which I interpret as what you want? After placing the order, and the mentioned staff made the drink and put it on the tray. I reminded him I wanted it take away and he shook his head. As I was paying via QR code, it was habit that I showed the successful payment screen on my phone. The staff without looking at my phone or myself again waved his hand as if he is saying ok. I'm not expecting high end service as that would just be plain illogical. But being in the service industry, I believe courtesy would be the basis of any F&B company. I am in no way expecting any apology or anything of that sorts. But I would advise to help your staff be better as end of the day, good service would equate to good experince which would relate to returning customers. Thanks & Salam!

The atmosphere is good. The food is good. But the prices for the drinks are atrocious. $1.60 for a teh o limau drink in and $1.70 for a tea take away. The prices are similar to the food courts situated in shopping centres. Have currently reduced to once a week visits for now. Currently looking around the area for cheaper alternatives.

Clean environment, Indonesian food was ok. But the service was bad. When the lady place the hot soup on the tray, the hot soup splatter all around and kena my hand and my drinking bottle. Never even apologise.

I am from the east. And going here is when west became our priority to go to. But there’s not much good halal places and this happens to be one of the most recommended. Food there is lot of variety. Tasted great. Pricing so so. People there is as normal as east people. Seating area quite wide. But my only personal experience is that, the chair may seems steady, but if you weight is 155kg, do think twice to sit on one chair instead of double stacking the chair. The legs would split outwards, having your body to slide off and dropped onto the floor. That goes tagged with the semi-oily flooring, it went smooth sailing for this whole split 5seconds incident to be taken place. That fall might not be real to you, but that look from everyone would be deadly than the fall itself. So all in all, i would still go to aiman cafe again for their fried sections.

You might like these places!
