Finally tried this Halal fried kway teow from Bukit Merah View Hawker Centre. I wanted to try this the other time round when i was here for lunch, unfortunately they were closed and i try their neighbor stall, coincidentally also sells fried kway teow too. Got to know of this stall through a Tv interview and saved the place ever since. Reached there late afternoon and there wasn't any queue and i was able to order immediately. Prices for the char kway teow starts from SGD$4.5 onwards. Portion for the fried kway teow was generous. its comes with sliced fishcakes and cockles which was a little small. Taste wise, not bad, hint of wok hei but seems to be lacking in flavors. Overall, a decent fried kway teow that i have tried lately. The owner is actually very friendly, even managed to strike a conversation with him while he was preparing the food.

Amazing how it can still withstand the flavour and complexity despite it’s journey from Bukit Merah to Pasir Ris 🤣 Super friendly uncle and it was nice that they are extremely thankful for every single customer that came to purchase their food. In terms of the food itself, it’s just spicy enough and flavourful enough, but the key ingredient is the hum. So I will ALWAYS go for the extra hum option. Go for small for a snack, medium for a proper meal, and large if you’re famished! The best part of the whole thing, when I went there around 7+, there was NO QUEUE! Amazing. Would definitely come back again and again if I stay in the area. Best halal certified kway teow in SG hands down.

Flavorsome Halal Char Kway Teow! Rating: 5/5 I'm so impressed with this Halal Char Kway Teow! The dish was expertly cooked with a delightful balance of flavors. The noodles were tender, and the ingredients were fresh. The large portion was incredibly value-for-money, easily enough for two meals. I loved that I could enjoy a satisfying, filling meal without breaking the bank. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for those seeking delicious, authentic Halal Char Kway Teow in generous servings!

Ordered the medium size Char Kway Teow at $5.50 (as pictured). Very flavourful with lots of cockles included. There's also the option to add extra cockles for $2. The owner is Chinese-Muslim so the food is halal~
