Very very good Japanese fusion bento concept. I’ve tried most of their bases, sides and proteins and every single one is tasty despite being healthy! Portion size is also very reasonable - this extra large set was enough for 2 pax. Packaging is also nice. Service is also good, staff are polite and helpful. My only wish is that Toriten would be available in more malls.

Your food is good but it is way too complicated for a customer to place an order. You’re a grab and go F&B store. Think of simplicity and maybe your business will get better. It is my second time returning and honestly placing the order almost made me walk away. Your “pre-configured” sets do not help too. TOO MANY WORDS to digest for a customer

We ordered through food delivery : We used to order this quite frequently, sadly every order now the portion size has become smaller. I'm posting only now because it isn't just about portion size, but about food quality. We received uncooked food, the sweet potatoes and broccoli were hard and uncooked. You were great when you first started, sad to see your quality decline so drastically.

Awesome!! Saw all the good reviews so wanted to give it a try. I bought the extra large with chicken tempura, fried rice, potato salad, cucumber, mixed green, spicy barley, edamame and coconut broccoli. The portion was very generous, everything tasted. And the chicken tempura was made on the spot which was super delicious!! Loved that you can choose a lot of sides and a lot of healthy high fiber options. Also, the lady today was super friendly, would definitely come again!
