“No chilli for banana fritter because this is not Malaysia”. The first time I hear such excuse. There are obviously chilli sauce packets.

Rude Chinese National staff insisting customer is wrong in calling curry puff as curry puff. Maybe he got scolded by the boss or other customers. Locally it has always been understood that curry puff is the one with potatoes and sardines puff is the one with sardines. I am okay with the new terminology in Singapore if I am not a Singaporean. But I cannot stand the rude tone of voice which started out as commanding to the customer and later became rude. Customers should not be coerced, looked down upon or treated in a rude manner.

A shop inside Yishun bus interchange that sell drinks only. I like their Thai green milk tea and Thai milk tea. Both are sweet and taste similar to the one that you drink in Bangkok. Not for people who are health conscious as I believe there is alot of condensed milk added in.
