Sometimes the simplest of meals hits the spot. Delicious Nasi Padang at Kampong Daun Nasi Padang. A small outlet in B1 of Suntec City. Tasty oyster sambal and fried gizzards & liver. A little curry chicken “kuah” (gravy) on steamed rice to complete the meal. Satisfying. @whiskydev

Came in from carpark. So near and convenient to get a bite for lunch... Spotted this great Briyani at affordable $6... But after wife have ordered a normal dish, the sale woman say there's no briyani, no coconut rice for nasi lemak, only plain rice. A stall which is meant for Muslim but doesn't have the most 2 highlights of dishes in stall... what a disappointing moment.. ended up, completely didn't order for myself. Doesn't want to force myself to order something I don't like. Disappointing stall... woman is chinese are only one serving it.. Completely wrong combination of staff with such great good.

Tried this stall at the basement of Suntec city that sells Nasi Padang. The stall is just directly opposite Aston’s. Surprised that they have a wide variety of dishes to chose from. Seats are quite limited though. Aside from nasi padang, they also serve long tong and mee rubus. This place seems popular, there was already a queue when I was there but mostly were take-away. I selected 2 meat and 1 vegetable and my plate of nasi padang cost me SGD$6. Food was fine and the portion was generous. Consider the location, pricing was fair enough. I don’t mind eating again if I happen to be in this area again.

I paid SGD 6.50 for 1 beef redang and 2 veggies.. I think it's alright. Not the cheapest option but average? My redang was really tough but the silver lining was that it's really flavourful. The veggies were nice. I would prolly return to try the other dishes 😁

The place is small and hiding at the corner in the basement level and opposite Aston inside Suntec Mall. However, the food is authentic and the lamb, chicken (both curry chicken , roast chicken and chilli chicken) and squid is really great. It would be even better if the squid is cooked in sambal rendang. The vege are also well cooked and very tasty. However, the lunch crowd is heavy and there is no place to seat after 1230 pm.
