2nd time eating here. This time ordered butter chicken (first time eating this). Also ordered the fried cabbage and sour fish soup which we had ordered before. These are the dishes for the 3 pax set meal costing about $40. Included on the set are 3 small bowls of soup, 3 bowls of white rice and 3 drinks. I would say for $40 the price is good for 3 pax. The meal is quite filling and satisfying. Previously we had the spicy chicken dish which we liked better than the butter chicken version. The sour fish soup and fried cabbage are good. The small soup tasted light and the drinks are quite nice too. Overall it is good value for money. Will definitely come back. Note -- can earn Krisflyer miles with Kris+ app.

I have eaten here a billion times just for the eggplants, super amazing and life changing and astronomical. I am addicted to the eggplants and I will forever eat it until I die hehehehhehe (side note: butter chicken is good too but eggplant is top tier) Also I am serious about the number of times I’ve eaten here please give me a massive discount as a lifelong customer 😈🍆🍆🍆

Vege- nice Butter chicken - decent Mapo tofu- terrible Kampong chicken soup - $5.80 for 3 slices and chicken and the smallest takeaway box I’ve ever seen. WHAT IS THIS?!!! Just remove it off the menu if it’s not practical for your pricing. Also tasted like water and pepper.

Went to this place to eat with my colleague yesterday for lunch as its near my new factory and 2 of us ordered 3 large dishes and a side dish which cost about 45sgd in total. My colleague likes dessert after food and only drinks coke light for lunch, which the restaurant doesn't sell, so she went out to get these additional items for lunch. When she came back after 15 mins, the food wasn't here, so she had offered to let me eat some 1st as it was already 2.30pm and we haven't had lunch as we were dealing with work. Then there was this middle aged lady staff who came out to have her lunch. She noticed the food my colleague bought and immediately came over to tell us "no outside food and drinks allowed" in a very stern way. While in other countries this would have been a circumvention of consumer rights and in Japan the server would have put this to the customer in a much nicer way, this lady who was back facing us while having her lunch and to keep turning around and shoot dirty looks at you to keep making sure you are not consuming the other food you have bought. After her lunch she stood in front of the counter and supervised the both of us eat our whole lunch to the point we were like that's it, it's making us uncomfortable, let's dabao and scoot outta here. I mean like hello?? Both of us did purchase food at your restaurant and so much that we cannot finish, not like we brought food here and not buy anything from you? And why do you have to keep turning back during your lunch and constantly look at us while we eat?? How your customer enjoy their lunch in this way?? NOT COMING BACK EVER.

first time and its delicious!! for the price paid i think the portion is just nice!! love the soup as well. the tofu side is something different and unique. i think one thing that can be improve is definitely the seats for solo patrons, it is so uncomfortable and small. would come again to try the highly raved mapo tofu.
